  14. ║   or upload messages. LAKOTA relies on one of the message menu functions   ║
  15. ║   called "Alter Your Conference Queue. If you haven't configured your      ║
  16. ║   message conference queue you should do so at this time. Simply Quit      ║
  17. ║   back to the message area and select this function and choose those       ║
  18. ║   conferences from which you wish to receive mail. You will then be ready  ║
  19. ║   to make full use of LAKOTA. If you're a first time user of this message  ║
  20. ║   system it is recommended you use the <S>et Last Read Message Pointers    ║
  21. ║   option so your mail packet won't be too large. You can also select       ║
  22. ║   whether you want All New Messages or just those messages addressed to    ║
  23. ║   You. Another option is to select just one conference if you wish.        ║
